Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the interrelationships among service innovation capability, dynamic marketing capability, brand communication capability, brand experience, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty within the context of 3-5-star international hotels in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through an electronic questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Respondents were sourced from diverse regions across Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using Smart-PLS 4, incorporating both outer and inner model assessments. The findings revealed that service innovation capability and dynamic marketing capability are proven to influence brand communication capability, which in turn positively impacts brand experience, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty. This study contributes to the field of international marketing by offering valuable insights into the strategic implications of service innovation capability and dynamic marketing capability for international hotels seeking to enhance their competitiveness and performance in a highly competitive industry.
