Abstract

Solusi yang mendorong siswa untuk memilih kewirausahaan sebagai jalan karir alternatif diperlukan karena tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi di kalangan lulusan SMA di Indonesia. Meskipun siswa SMA memiliki potensi kreatif yang luar biasa, masih sulit untuk menemukan minat siswa untuk berwirausaha. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel yaitu Persepsi tehadap Kreativitas, Sikap terhadap Kewirausahaan, Niat Berwirausaha, Persepsi terhadap Dukungan Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepercayaan diri terhadap kemampuan kreatif dapat memengaruhi keinginan siswa untuk berwirausaha. Selain itum penelitian ini juga menyelidiki bagaimana sikap siswa terhadap kewirausahaan berperan dalam memperkuat hubungan ini dan seberapa besar lingkungan sekolah dapat membantu mendukung minat berwirausaha siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 199 siswa SMA Kasih Kemuliaan di Jakarta Barat melalui kuesioner. Perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4 digunakan untuk menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam uji analisis. / Solutions that encourage students to choose entrepreneurship as an alternative career path are needed due to the high unemployment rate among high school graduates in Indonesia. Although high school students have extraordinary creative potential, it is still difficult to find students' interest in entrepreneurship. In this study, there are 4 variables Perceived Creativity Disposition, Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Intention, Perception of School Support. This research aims to determine how self-confidence in creative abilities can influence students desire to become entrepreneurs. In addition, this research also investigates how students attitudes towards entrepreneurship play a role in strengthening this relationship and to what extent the school environment can help support students entrepreneurial interests. Research data were collected from 199 students of SMA Kasih Kemuliaan in West Jakarta through questionnaires. SmartPLS version 4 software was used to apply a quantitative approach in the analysis test.
