Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Information Quality, Social Psychological Distance, Sense of Power dan Trust terhadap Purchase Intention pada E-commerce Shopee (Studi kasus Smartphone Samsung).Dalam era digital ini persaingan bisnis semakin ketat, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen Samsung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Information Quality, Social Psychological Distance, Sense of Power dan Trust terhadap Purchase Intention pada E-commerce Shopee terhadap brand Smartphone Samsung. Dalam era digital ini persaingan bisnis semakin ketat, Metode penelitian, Selain itu, semua variabel terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand Samsung.

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Information Quality, Social Psychological Distance, Sense of Power and Trust on Purchase Intention in Shopee E-commerce (Samsung Smartphone case study). In this digital era, business competition is increasingly fierce. The research method used is a survey. by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Samsung consumers. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS software to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that there is an influence of Information Quality, Social Psychological Distance, Sense of Power and Trust on Purchase Intention in Shopee E-commerce for the Samsung Smartphone brand. In this digital era, business competition is getting tougher. Research methods. Apart from that, all variables are proven to have an influence on the Samsung brand.
