Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel orientasi kewirausahaan dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja inovasi produk dengan menggunakan mediasi variabel inovasi terbuka pada pemilik UMKM kuliner di Kota Ambon. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 180 responden yaitu pengusaha dibidang kuliner di Kota Ambon yang sudah beroperasi selama lebih dari satu tahun. Metodel penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling danl menggunakan analisis data Partial Leastl Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan orientasi kewirausahaan dan manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovasi produk. orientasi kewirausahaan dan manajemen pengetahuan juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap inovasi terbuka. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara variabel orientasi kewirausahaan dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja inovasi produk melalui mediasi dari inovasi terbuka./This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management variables on product innovation performance, using open innovation as a mediating variable among culinary MSME owners in Ambon City. The study involved 180 respondents, specifically culinary entrepreneurs in Ambon City who have been operating for more than one year. The research method employed is quantitative, with purposive sampling techniques and data analysis conducted through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results show that entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management have a positive influence on product innovation performance. Entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management also positively influence open innovation. Additionally, there is an insignificant relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management variables on product innovation performance when mediated by open innovation.
