Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh successor knowledge dan succession willingness terhadap sustainable innovation pada family business dengan moderasi leader approval. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 186 mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Tangerang dan masih aktif dalam perkuliahan serta memiliki family business. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan successor knowledge dan succession willingness berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainable innovation. Leader approval memoderasi pengaruh successor knowledge terhadap sustainable innovation, namun leader approval tidak memoderasi pengaruh succession willingness terhadap sustainable innovation. / The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of successor knowledge and succession willingness on sustainable innovation in family businesses with leader approval as moderation. The sample of this study was 186 students who live in Tangerang and are still active in lectures and have a family business. This study used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that successor knowledge and succession willingness have a positive effect on sustainable innovation. Leader approval moderates the influence of successor knowledge on sustainable innovation, but leader approval does not moderate the influence of succession willingness on sustainable innovation.
