Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh brand image terhadap Brand Trust dan brand credibility, pengaruh Brand Trust dan brand credibility terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan pengaruh Customer Satisfaction terhadap Customer Loyalty pelanggan Sephora di Jabodetabek. Sebanyak 150 responden menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Alat analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Trust dan brand credibility, Brand Trust dan brand credibility berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap Customer Loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pentingnya brand perception yang terdiri dari brand image, brand credibility dan Brand Trust dalam membangun kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.
