Abstract

Destinasi Pariwisata Super Prioritas (DPSP) likupang memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan berbasis eco-culture melalui partisipasi masyarakat. Strategi pemasaran berbasis eco-culture yang menggabungkan potensi wisata alam dan budaya dengan melibatkan masyarakat lokal, menjadi daya tarik untuk menjadi pariwasata berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi strategi pemasaran tersebut pada Destinasi Pariwisata Super Prioritas (DPSP) likupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran eco-culture di DPSP Likupang mengutamakan narasi budaya otentik melalui pendekatan storynomic tourism, special interest tourism, pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, serta promosi dan kolaborasi yang menciptakan pengalaman mendalam bagi wisatawan. Partisipasi masyarakat lokal memberikan dampak positif, seperti pengembangan homestay dan kerajinan, meskipun keterampilan digital perlu ditingkatkan. Program pelestarian lingkungan, seperti pelepasliaran penyu dan edukasi ekosistem, mendukung pariwisata berkelanjutan yang menyeimbangkan konservasi, pemberdayaan sosial, dan pelestarian budaya. Hal ini menjadikan Destinasi Pariwisata Super Prioritas (DPSP) Likupang sebagai destinasi wisata berkelanjutan yang memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat lokal dan menjaga daya saing global. / The Likupang Super Priority Tourism Destination (DPSP) holds great potential to become a leading eco-culture-based tourism destination through community participation. An eco-culture marketing strategy that integrates natural and cultural tourism potential with the involvement of local communities serves as a key attraction for fostering sustainable tourism. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore the implementation of this marketing strategy in the Likupang Super Priority Tourism Destination (DPSP). The findings indicate that the eco-culture marketing strategy in DPSP Likupang emphasizes authentic cultural narratives through approaches such as storynomic tourism, special interest tourism, community-based tourism, as well as promotion and collaboration that create immersive experiences for tourists. Local community participation has had positive impacts, including the development of homestays and handicrafts, although digital skills need improvement. Environmental conservation programs, such as sea turtle releases and ecosystem education, support sustainable tourism by balancing conservation, social empowerment, and cultural preservation. This approach positions the Likupang Super Priority Tourism Destination (DPSP) as a sustainable tourism destination, offering long-term benefits for local communities while maintaining global competitiveness.
