Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh functional value, emotional value dan social value terhadap player satisfaction dan purchase intention pada game first person shooter. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang masih aktif dan yang telah bermain game minimal satu tahun dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada 209 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan functional value, emotional value dan social value berpengaruh positif terhadap player satisfaction dan purchase intention. Player satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Player satisfaction memediasi pengaruh functional value, emotional value dan social value terhadap purchase intention. / The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of functional value, emotional value and social value on player satisfaction and purchase intention in first person shooter games. The sample for this research was students who were still active and who had played games for at least one year by distributing questionnaires to 209 respondents. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that functional value, emotional value and social value have a positive effect on player satisfaction and purchase intention. Player satisfaction has a positive effect on purchase intention. Player satisfaction mediates the influence of functional value, emotional value and social value on purchase intention.
