Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ingin memberikan sebuah gambaran terkait besaran pengaruh dari Citra Merek, Nilai yang Dirasakan, dan Dinamika Kompetitif terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan untuk menggunakan jasa pendidikan tingkat lanjut program studi sarjana manajemen Universitas Pelita Harapan Lippo Karawaci di Tangerang. Peneliti mengerucutkan responden penelitian dengan mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang merasakan secara langsung dan berkala alias lebih dari satu kali akan segala variabel didalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas maka penelitian ini meneliti mahasiswa dan mahasiswi program studi sarjana manajemen UPH Lippo Karawaci pada angkatan 2021 hingga 2024 sebanyak 312 responden dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu random sampling melalui penyebaran pindaian Quick Response (QR) Code pada setiap kelas yang dilaksanakan secara onsite. Pengolahan data secara PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling). Lalu tujuan penelitian terakhir memberikan gambaran bahwa Kepercayaan Merek sebagai variabel mediasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Beberapa hal menjadi penyumbang teoritis terkait hubungan antar variabel baru dengan batasan terkhusus penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti pada program studi sarjana manajemen UPH Lippo Karawaci. Di lain sisi penelitian ini memberikan saran secara manajerial yang bersifat praktis untuk menekankan terkait nilai baru yang didapatkan responden seperti pembelajaran secara praktikal yang mengasah kemampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar tenaga kerja dan dunia usaha. / The research conducted aims to provide an overview of the magnitude of the influence of Brand Image, Perceived Value, and Competitive Dynamics on the Decision to Choose to use advanced education services for the undergraduate management study program at Pelita Harapan University Lippo Karawaci in Tangerang. The researcher narrowed down the research respondents to students who experienced directly and periodically, or more than once, all the variables in this study. Based on the explanation above, this study examined 312 male and female students of the undergraduate management study program at UPH Lippo Karawaci in the 2021 to 2024 intake with a data collection technique, namely random sampling through the distribution of Quick Response (QR) Code scans in each class which was carried out onsite. Data processing using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). Then the last research objective provides an overview that Brand Trust as a mediating variable has a significant and positive relationship with Purchasing Decisions. Several things contribute philosophically related to the relationship between new variables with specific limitations of research conducted by researchers on the undergraduate management study program at UPH Lippo Karawaci. On the other hand, this study provides practical managerial suggestions for the pressures related to new values obtained by respondents, such as practical learning that hones the ability to meed the needs of the labor market and the business world.
