Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah value for money dan service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction dan behavioral intention pelanggan maskapai Lion Air. Sehingga menghasilkan beberapa hipotesis yaitu (1) value for money berhubungan positif dengan customer satisfaction, (2) value for money berhubungan positif dengan behavioral intention, (3) service quality berhubungan positif dengan customer satisfaction, (4) service quality berhubungan positif dengan behavioral intention, (5) customer satisfaction berhubungan positif dengan behavioral intention, (6) service quality berhubungan positif dengan value for money. Pada penelitian ini target populasi adalah pelanggan maskapai Lion Air di Jabodetabek dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 400 responden yang terdiri dari 169 responden laki-laki dan 231 responden perempuan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Snowball. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan PLS-SEM dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa value for money berhubungan positif dengan customer satisfaction, value for money berhubungan positif dengan behavioral intention, service quality berhubungan positif dengan customer satisfaction, service quality berhubungan positif dengan behavioral intention, customer satisfaction berhubungan positif dengan behavioral intention, service quality berhubungan positif dengan value for money.
