Abstract

Salah satu sekolah Kristen yang berada di Bagian Barat Indonesia memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Keunikannya adalah para siswa yang belajar di sekolah tersebut berasal dari Timur Nusantara. Tantangan yang dapat sekolah rasakan yaitu para siswa yang mempunyai latar belakang kebudayaan harus menghadapi lingkungan yang baru. Siswa dengan kebudayaan yang individualistis cenderung untuk tidak bergaul dengan orang lain selain siswa yang berasal dari suku yang sama. Siswa yang kurang dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sehingga mengalami kesulitan saat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, siswa tersebut berasal dari suku X, dan suku Y. PPKN membantu siswa untuk memahami topik Literasi Digital dalam Kebinekaan agar bisa menjadi Shalom kepada masyarakat dengan penggunaan teknologi yang benar. Mata pelajaran tersebut menggunakan strategi inkuiri sehingga membantu siswa aktif dalam berpikir secara kritis melalui pertanyaan panduan untuk siswa menggali lebih dalam tentang materi Literasi Digital. Hasil dari penerapan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri menunjukkan nilai siswa yang meningkat berdasarkan hasil pengerjaan formatif dan sumatif. Hasil tersebut akan menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk mengubah metode pembelajaran agar peningkatan hasil kerja siswa tidak terjadi penurunan di unit-unit pembelajaran selanjutnya./One of the Christian schools in the Western part of Indonesia area has its own uniqueness. The uniqueness is that the students studying at the school come from the East of the Archipelago, Papua. The challenge that schools can feel is that students who have cultural backgrounds have to face a new environment. Students with individualistic cultures tend not to associate with anyone other than students from the same tribe. Students who never used Indonesian had difficulty adapting to the environment, The students came ethnic group X, Y and Z. PPKN helps students understand the topic of Digital Literacy in Diversity so that they can contribute to the community with the correct use of technology. These subjects use inquiry strategies that help students actively think critically through guiding questions to dig deeper into Digital Literacy material. The results of implementing inquiry-based learning show satisfactory student scores in formative and summative work. These results will be used as evaluation material to change learning methods so that improvements in student work results do not decrease in subsequent learning unit.
