Abstract
Latar Belakang: Ketidakpatuhan dalam pengobatan hipertensi tidak mengalami perbaikan sejak tahun 2010, dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu peran tenaga kesehatan. Tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu pihak yang sering berinteraksi dengan pasien hipertensi sehingga dapat menghasilkan perilaku positif dalam kepatuhan pengobatan hipertensi.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien hipertensi di Siloam Hospital Lippo Village.
Hipotesis: Terdapat hubungan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien hipertensi di Siloam Hospital Lippo Village.
Metode: Peneliti menggunakan metode studi potong lintang yang dilakukan terhadap 74 sampel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner MMAS-8 dan kuesioner peran tenaga kesehatan. Sampel akan diambil menggunakan judgmental sampling dalam waktu periode April hingga Agustus 2024. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan di uji statistic menggunakan Chi-Square dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS.
Hasil: Pada penelitian ini terdapat 74 responden, di mana 40 responden menyatakan peran tenaga kesehatan yang tinggi, dan 34 responden menyatakan peran tenaga kesehatan yang rendah. Pada 43 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa responden tidak patuh mengonsumsi obat dan 31 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa responden patuh dalam mengonsumsi pengobatan hipertensi. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan P-Value sebesar 0,212 (<0,005) yang berarti hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien hipertensi Siloam Hospital Lippo Village.
Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pengobatan, dengan P-Value sebesar 0,212 (>0,05)¬¬

Background: Non-compliance in hypertension treatment has not improved since 2010, influenced by several factors, one of which is the role of health workers. Health workers are one of the parties who often interact with hypertensive patients so that they can produce positive behavior in adherence to hypertension treatment
Objective: To determine the relationship between the role of health workers and medication compliance in hypertensive patients at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village
Hypothesis: There is a relationship between the role of health workers and medication compliance in hypertensive patients at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village
Method: Researcher used a cross-sectional study method which was carried out on 74 research samples that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Researcher used the MMAS-8 questionnaire and the health worker role questionnaire. Samples were taken using judgmental sampling from April to August 2024. The data that has been collected was statistically tested using Chi-Square and processed using SPSS software.
Result: In this study there were 74 respondents, of which 40 respondents stated that the role of health workers was high, and 34 respondents stated that the role of health workers was low. For 43 respondents, the results were found that the respondents were not compliant in taking medication and for 31 respondents the results were that the respondents were compliant in taking hypertension medication. The results of the chi-square test showed that the P-Value was 0.212 (<0.005), which means that the results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between the role of health workers and treatment compliance in hypertensive patients at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the role of health worker and treatment compliance, with a P-Value of 0.212 (>0,05).
