Abstract

Pertumbuhan sektor industri makanan dan minuman di negara Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan setiap tahunnya, salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Cianjur. Menurut sebuah data, masyarakat Indonesia memiliki kebiasaan untuk mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman manis. FroYoSantara memanfaatkan peluang ini dengan mengembangkan produk makanan penutup yang aman bagi tubuh. Studi Kelayakan Bisnis dirancang dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pasar, preferensi konsumen, serta strategi pemasaran yang efektif bagi bisnis FroYoSantara, sebuah produk makanan penutup berbasis frozen yogurt dengan cita rasa khas Nusantara. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi adanya peluang dan tantangan bisnis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar di Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi kelayakan bisnis ini diantaranya observasi, wawancara, Marketing Mix 8P’s, Porter’s Five Forces, analisis SWOT, dan Business Model Canvas. Dalam menganalisis permintaan dan penawaran, dilakukan penelitian melalui survei kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 159 responden masyarakat Cianjur. Hasil analisis keuangan FroYoSantara menghasilkan penilaian investasi pada Net Present Value sebesar Rp.181.780.693, payback period selama 4 (empat) tahun, 5 (lima) bulan, 5 (lima) hari, Profitability Index sebesar 1.13 kali dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 22.9%.
