Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kendala pengetahuan, kendala biaya, kendala informasi, kendala proses adaptasi dan kendala teknologi yang berpotensi memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kesiapan karyawan perusahaan dengan adanya implementasi Undang Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi No 27 Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner pada 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala likert yang memiliki nilai 1 – 5. Pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada responden berisi tiga pertanyaan screening, lima pertanyaan deskripsi data responden, dan 21 pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian. Data yang merupakan hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya dianalisa dengan metode PLS SEM. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, informasi, dan teknologi berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan karyawan perusahaan dengan adanya implementasi Undang Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi No 27 Tahun 2022. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini berguna bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam memprioritaskan hambatan yang perlu diselesaikan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dengan adanya implementasi UU PDP. / This study was conducted to analyze the impact of knowledge constraints, cost constraints, information constraints, adaptation process constraints, and technology constraints, which potentially have a negative effect on employees' readiness in the context of implementing the Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022. The study involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are company employees in Jakarta and Tangerang. The sampling method used was incidental sampling, with a Likert-scale-based questionnaire scored from 1 to 5. The questionnaire consisted of three screening questions, five questions describing respondent demographics, and 21 questions related to the research variables. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The study concluded that the variables of knowledge, information, and technology have a significant negative effect on employees' readiness for the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022. The managerial implications of this research are beneficial for stakeholders in prioritizing obstacles that need to be resolved to enhance employees' readiness for the implementation of the PDP Law.
