Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji ada atau tidaknya hubungan dimensi pay, coworkers, supervision, the work it self, promotional opportunities sebagai dimensi kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara umum dengan perilaku sOCB pada staf call center alih daya. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 138 responden melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada staf call center alih daya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan tiga instrumen alat ukur, yaitu Job Descriptive Index (JDI), Job in General (JIG) dan service oriented organizational citizenship behavior (sOCB). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja secara umum (rs=0.041; p=0.634) berikut dimensi kepuasan kerja diantaranya pay (rs=0.096; p=0.266), supervision (rs=0.035; p=0.687), coworkers (rs=0.093; p=0.277), the work it self (rs=-0.149; p=0.081) dengan sOCB. Sementara itu, terdapat hubungan signifikan bersifat negatif antara promotional opportunities dengan sOCB (rs=-0.210; p=0.013).
