Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between the Share Price and Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS): An Empirical Study of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Between 2016-2018. The hypothesis of this research is that ROA, ROE and EPS all have a significant impact on the share prices of a company. The method of sampling used was Purposive Sampling for a period of 3 years, ranging from 2016-2018, with a sample size of 144 (48 companies). This paper proves that ROA has no significant relationship with the Share Price of a company, while EPS has a strong relationship and ROE has a limited relationship with the Share Price of a company respectively. This is because investors are only concerned by the ROE and EPS of a company/
