Abstract
PT Capella Medan menghadapi tantangan dalam memantau kinerja sales,
proses persetujuan transaksi, serta pengelolaan data pelanggan dan registrasi sales
baru yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini menyebabkan
inefisiensi, kurangnya transparansi, serta risiko kehilangan data penting yang tidak
terdokumentasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, diperlukan sebuah
sistem yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional
dan memastikan pemantauan kinerja yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengembangkan sistem monitoring dan pengelolaan kinerja sales berbasis web dan
mobile. Sistem ini mencakup beberapa fitur utama, yaitu pelacakan kinerja sales
secara real-time, persetujuan transaksi secara digital, pengelolaan data pelanggan,
data pemesanan, dan data penjualan, serta pendaftaran sales baru melalui formulir
online yang terintegrasi. Sistem ini dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan
kebutuhan spesifik setiap peran pengguna, seperti supervisor, manajer, kepala
cabang, kasir, dan sales itu sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam
proses pemantauan dan pengelolaan kinerja sales, mempercepat alur persetujuan
transaksi, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data pelanggan, data pemesanan, data
penjualan, dan registrasi sales baru./ PT Capella Medan faces challenges in monitoring sales performance,
transaction approval processes, as well as managing customers data and
registering new sales, all of which are still performed manually. This manual
process leads to inefficiencies, a lack of transparency, and the risk of losing
important data that is not well-documented. Based on these issues, a system is
needed to help the company improve operational efficiency and ensure accurate
performance monitoring. This research aims to develop a web and mobile-based
sales performance monitoring and management system. The system includes
several key features: real-time sales performance tracking, digital transaction
approval, management of customer data, order data, sales order data, and new
sales registration through an integrated online form. The system is designed with
the specific needs of each user role, such as supervisors, managers, branch heads,
cashiers, and salespeople. The results of this research show that the developed
system successfully enhances efficiency and transparency in sales performance
monitoring and management, accelerates the transaction approval process, and
simplifies the management of customer data, order data, sales order data, and new
sales registrations.
