Abstract

PT Top Remit, established in 2009 and digitalized in 2018, is Indonesia's first online remittance company. PT Top Remit plays a key role in the nation's digital remittance industry. This study investigates the influence of credibility, perceived ease of use, and promotion on behavioral intention, with technological anxiety examined as a potential moderating factor. A quantitative research design was employed, using descriptive and causal approaches. Data were collected from 155 respondents and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The results show that credibility, perceived ease of use, and promotion significantly influence both technological anxiety and behavioral intention. However, technological anxiety does not moderate the relationship between independent variables and behavioral intention. Recommendations include enhancing credibility by increasing remittance speed, customer service, improving perceived ease of use of platform to reduce technological anxiety, and employing balanced, clear promotional strategies. These efforts can improve behavioral intention and encourage long-term engagement with Top Remit's services. / PT Top Remit, didirikan pada tahun 2009 dan didigitalisasi pada tahun 2018, merupakan perusahaan remitansi online pertama di Indonesia. PT Top Remit memainkan peran penting dalam industri remitansi digital di negara ini. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kredibilitas, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan promosi terhadap niat perilaku, dengan kecemasan teknologi yang diuji sebagai faktor moderasi potensial. Desain penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Data dikumpulkan dari 155 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan promosi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kecemasan teknologi dan niat perilaku. Namun, kecemasan teknologi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara faktor tersebut dengan niat perilaku. Rekomendasi termasuk meningkatkan kredibilitas dengan meningkatkan kecepatan pengiriman, layanan pelanggan, memperbaiki kemudahan penggunaan platform untuk mengurangi kecemasan teknologi, serta menerapkan strategi promosi yang seimbang dan jelas. Upaya ini dapat meningkatkan niat perilaku dan mendorong keterlibatan jangka panjang dengan layanan Top Remit.
