Abstract

Industri makanan penutup di Indonesia memiliki peluang untuk terus berkembang, karena tingginya minat dan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap makanan atau minuman yang mengandung gula. Puding Jepang merupakan salah satu alternatif makanan penutup. Berbeda dengan puding pada umumnya, puding Jepang menggunakan bahan-bahan seperti telur dan susu yang berbeda dari puding yang ada di Indonesia pada umumnya. Purin Moo berdiri 22 Februari 2019. Purin Moo menargetkan konsumen kelas sosial menengah atas dengan gaya hidup yang konsumtif. Purin Moo dalam memasarkan produknya saat ini melalui platform media sosial, seperti Instagram. Usaha puding Purin Moo ini diyakini dapat terus berkembang karena dilihat dari hasil penjualan sebelumnya yang terus meningkat./ In the highly competitive food and beverages industry, the dessert industry in Indonesia is becoming increasingly more popular nowadays and has the opportunity to grow rapidly. The practical implications of the growth are founded on the fact of high public interests and enthusiasms for foods or drinks that contain sugar or tastes sweet. Japanese pudding is one of the alternative for dessert. In contrast to the regular puddings, Japanese pudding uses ingredients such as eggs and milk, as it makes Japanese pudding has its own uniqueness that differs from other puddings in Indonesia in general. Purin Moo was established on February 22, 2019. Purin Moo targets consumer social class for this business is the upper-middle class with a consumptive lifestyle. Purin Moo is currently market its products using social media platforms, such as Instagram. Purin Moo is believed to continue to grow, as the business achieved greater product sales and revenue from the previous sales.
