Abstract
Penggunaan perangkat Apple sebagai penunjang pembelajaran telah diimplementasikan secara luas di 37 negara di dunia, memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh motivasi, kolaborasi, dan produktivitas terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran melalui penggunaan perangkat Apple, khususnya pada siswa kelas 3–5. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 8 siswa dan 3 guru yang bekerja dalam ekosistem Apple. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis tematik. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring menggunakan Typeform, observasi tiga kelas, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan tiga guru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi Apple secara konsisten meningkatkan motivasi siswa, memperkuat kolaborasi dalam aktivitas pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan produktivitas baik untuk siswa maupun guru. Temuan ini juga mengungkap bahwa desain teknologi Apple yang intuitif dan mendukung diferensiasi pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menciptakan
pengalaman belajar yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa. Penelitian ini menawarkan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi para pendidik,
terutama di tingkat K-12, baik di sekolah yang berlabel Apple Distinguished Schools (ADS) maupun sekolah lainnya yang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada akhirnya, rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi pengajaran berbasis teknologi turut disajikan dalam penelitian ini. / The use of Apple devices as learning tools has been widely adopted in 37 countries, demonstrating a significant impact on student learning effectiveness. This study explores the influence of motivation, collaboration, and productivity on learning effectiveness through the integration of Apple devices, particularly among students in grades 3 to 5. The research involved 8 students and 3 teachers operating within the Apple ecosystem. A qualitative approach with thematic analysis was employed in this study. Data were collected through an online questionnaire via Typeform, classroom observations of three sessions, and semi-structured interviews with three teachers. The findings indicate that Apple technology consistently enhances student motivation, fosters collaboration in learning activities, and boosts productivity for both students and teachers. The intuitive design of Apple's technology, along with its ability to support differentiated learning, plays a crucial role in creating effective learning experiences tailored to individual student needs. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the field of education,
particularly at the K-12 level, offering insights for educators in Apple Distinguished Schools (ADS) and other institutions utilizing technology in teaching and learning. The study concludes with recommendations for optimizing technology-based teaching practices.
