Research conducted to predict Income per Month against 6 other demographic variables. Research data obtained through data profile data of PT XYZ internal respondents involving 390 respondents of the middle residential class and 111 respondents of the upper middle residential class. Data collection was carried out with field respondent data profiles containing 6 demographic questions. The data was analyzed using the CRISP-DM integration method and the Random Forest analysis method. The results of this study state that middle-class residential targets with variables such as Expenditure per Month and Age Group have a significant influence on Income per Month and upper-middle-class residential targets with variables such as Age Group, Employment Status and Occupation have a significant influence on Income per Month. / Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memprediksi Pendapatan per Bulan terhadap 6 variabel demografi lainnya. Data Penelitian diperoleh melalui data profil data responden internal PT XYZ yang melibatkan 390 responden kelas hunian menengah dan 111 responden kelas hunian menengah ke atas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan profil data responden lapangan yang berisi 6 pertanyaan demografis. Data dianalisis dengan metode integrasi CRISP-DM dan metode analisis Random Forest. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa target hunian kelas menengah dengan variabel seperti Pengeluaran per Bulan dan Kelompok Usia memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan per Bulan dan target hunian kelas menengah ke atas dengan variabel seperti Kelompok Usia, Status Pekerjaan dan Pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan per Bulan
