Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of three key factors, Physician Practice Service, Medical Kindness, and Service Value, on Patient Satisfaction and Intent to Revisit at the Casalovina Plastic and Aesthetic Reconstructive Surgery and Dermatology Clinic located in Jakarta. The observed phenomenon indicates significant fluctuations in patient visits, with an average achievement of only 43% of the monthly target throughout 2023. This suggests the need for an in-depth evaluation of the factors affecting patient satisfaction and their intent to return. The method employed in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey design. The sample consists of 186 patients who have received services at the clinic during 2023. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring respondents' perceptions of the services provided. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, aimed at testing the relationships between independent variables (Physician Practice Service, Medical Kindness, and Service Value) and dependent variables (Patient Satisfaction and Intent to Revisit). The results show that all these factors have a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction. Recommendations for clinic management include continuously improving the quality of interactions between doctors and patients and strengthening a kindnessbased approach to ensure patient loyalty. Further research is suggested to explore additional factors that may influence patients' intent to revisit. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tiga faktor utama: Physician Practice Service, Medical Kindness, dan Service Value terhadap Patient Satisfaction dan Intent to Revisit di Klinik Bedah Plastik Rekonstruksi Estetik dan Dermatologi Casalovina yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Fenomena yang diamati menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi signifikan dalam jumlah kunjungan pasien, dengan rata-rata pencapaian hanya 43% dari target bulanan sepanjang tahun 2023. Hal ini mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien serta niat mereka untuk kembali. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 186 pasien yang pernah menerima layanan di klinik selama tahun 2023. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang mengukur persepsi responden terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (Physician Practice Service, Medical Kindness, dan Service Value) dengan variabel dependen Intent to Revisit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada manajemen klinik adalah untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas interaksi antara dokter dan pasien, serta memperkuat pendekatan berbasis kebaikan medis guna menjamin loyalitas pasien. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin memengaruhi niat kunjungan kembali pasien.
