Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas layanan, sistem asuransi, dan ketulusan tenaga medis terhadap tingkat kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Swasta XYZ. Penelitian ini melibatkan 450 pasien BPJS rawat jalan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi 45 pertanyaan dengan Skala Likert 1-5 berdasarkan metode Judgemental Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empati, sistem asuransi, dan ketulusan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Reliabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Jaminan dan daya tanggap tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Selain itu, kepuasan pasien dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien di Rumah Sakit Swasta XYZ nya dimana, sementara aset berwujud berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas tersebut. Kepuasan pasien memediasi secara parsial masing-masing pengaruh yang diberikan oleh penanganan ketulusan, empati, sistem asuransi, aset berwujud, dan reliabilitas. Jaminan, daya tanggap, dan reliabilitas dievaluasi lebih lanjut untuk memastikan bahwa sumber daya tidak digunakan secara berlebihan pada aspek yang dianggap kurang penting oleh responden. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengambil populasi yang lebih bersar termasuk Rumah Sakit Swasta lainnya serta Rumah Sakit Pemerintah dan mencatat diagnosis penyakit yang dialami oleh pasien yang berpartisipasi. / This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence service quality, insurance system, and sincerity of medical personnel on the level of satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of outpatients at XYZ Private Hospital. This study involved 450 outpatient BPJS patients. Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire containing 45 questions with a Likert Scale of 1-5 based on the Judgmental Sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that empathy, insurance system, and sincerity have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. Reliability has a significant negative effect on patient satisfaction. Assurance and responsiveness have no effect on patient satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient trust in XYZ Private Hospital, while tangible have a negative and significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction partially mediates the respective effects exerted by sincere handling, empathy, insurance system, tangible assets, and reliability. Assurance, responsiveness, and reliability are further evaluated to ensure that resources are not overused on aspects that respondents consider less important. Future research could take a larger population including other private hospitals as well as government hospitals and record the disease diagnosis experienced by participating patients.
