Abstract
Technology integration is a key strategy in achieving 21st-century learning goals. Therefore, teachers are expected to integrate technology into their teaching practices effectively. Various factors can influence the integration of technology in learning. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting technology integration, namely Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK), self-efficacy, and teaching experience. The study involved 350 respondents, and the data were analyzed using a quantitative method, specifically Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrated that TPACK ability significantly and positively influences technology integration, self-efficacy significantly and positively influences technology integration, and teaching experience significantly and positively influences technology integration. Additionally, TPACK ability and teaching experience significantly and positively influence self-efficacy. Furthermore, TPACK ability and teaching experience, mediated by self-efficacy, have a significant positive effect on technology integration. Among the factors, technology integration is most strongly influenced by TPACK ability. These findings provide valuable insights for PPG PAK program organizers to develop relevant teaching strategies and inform decision-making or policy formulation to enhance technology integration among students / Integrasi teknologi merupakan strategi utama dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran abad 21. Oleh karena itu, guru-guru diharapkan mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan baik dalam pembelajaran mereka. Ada berbagai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi pengintegrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi integrasi teknologi yakni Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK), efikasi diri, dan pengalaman mengajar. Penelitian ini melibatkan 350 responden. Data dianlisis dengan metode kuantitatif yakni Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa TPACK berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap integrasi teknologi, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap integrasi teknologi, pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap integrasi teknologi, TPACK dan pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, serta TPACK dan pengalaman mengajar yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap integrasi teknologi. Integrasi teknologi paling besar dipengaruhi oleh TPACK. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang penting bagi penyelenggara PPG PAK dalam jabatan untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan serta pengambilan keputusan atau kebijakan untuk meningkatkan integrasi teknologi mahasiswa.
