Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya brand orientation memiliki peran terhadap Staff Retention di Perusahaan atau organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Industri pendidikan untuk mengetahui Teacher retention dari aspek school branding orientation melalui Employer branding orientation, dan internal branding dengan moderasi Internal Corporate social responsiility. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru guru guru di Sekolah XYZ Bogor yang berjumlah 60 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis analisis PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) School brand orientation dan (2) Internal branding berpengaruh positif terhadap Teacher retention; namun(3) Employer branding orientation terhadap teacher retention hipotesis tidak didukung, (4) Internal Corporate social responsiility yang menjadi moderasi antara Internal branding teradap teacher retention memiliki hasil negatif. / Previous research has shown that brand orientation has a role in staff retention in companies or organizations. This research was conducted in the education industry to determine Teacher retention from the aspect of school branding orientation through Employer branding orientation, and internal branding with moderation of Internal Corporate social responsibility. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The sample used in this study was teachers at XYZ Bogor School, totaling 60 respondents. The research data were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) School brand orientation and (2) Internal branding have a positive effect on Teacher retention; however (3) Employer branding orientation has a negative effect on teacher retention, (4) Internal Corporate social responsibility which moderates between Internal branding and teacher retention has negative results
