Abstract
Setiap sekolah pasti menginginkan siswa memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik. Namun kenyataannya masih ada siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar rendah, salah satunya hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun. Terdapat beberapa faktor khususnya faktor eksternal yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen pendidikan, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan efektivitas kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi guru yang bekerja di SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 41 guru. Data diolah menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM) dengan memakai inner model dan outer model, dimana perhitungannya menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif manajemen pendidikan terhadap variabel hasil belajar siswa, terdapat pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan terdapat pengaruh positif efektivitas kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun. / Every school definitely wants students to get good learning results. However, in reality there are still students who have low learning outcomes, one of which is the learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency. There are several factors, especially external factors, which are thought to influence student learning outcomes. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the influence of educational management, transformational leadership, and the effectiveness of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency. The subjects of this research were the entire population of teachers working at SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 41 teachers. Data is processed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using an inner model and outer model, where the calculations use SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the research show that there is a positive influence of educational management on student learning outcome variables, there is a positive influence of transformational leadership on student learning outcomes, and there is a positive influence of the effectiveness of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency.
