Abstract
Peran teknologi tidak dapat dipisahkan pada sektor perbankan yang menggunakan berbagai cara untuk memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta berlomba memenangkan persaingan dan meningkatkan jumlah nasabah melalui aplikasi mobile banking. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa pengaruh positif dari E-Banking, Kualitas Layanan dan Media Sosial terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah serta Loyalitas Nasabah, dengan studi kasus pembukaan rekening BRItama secara online melalui aplikasi BRImo melalui metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden sebanyak 146 orang. Teknik analisa dengan Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) menggunakan program Smart-PLS. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa e-banking dan media sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kemudian kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Lalu e-banking berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, sedangkan kualitas layanan dan media sosial tidak berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini menambah teori bahwa kepuasan nasabah merupakan variabel mediasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai loyalitas.
