Abstract
BIPA Lessons (Indonesian designed for non-native speakers) is given to foreign students who study in SMP XYZ with study permits which were released by the Ministry of Education in Indonesia. As stated in regulation form Permendikbud NO. 31 2014, foreign students must be taught Indonesian Studies and Indonesian culture. SMP XYZ is an SPK school where foreign students have to be taught Indonesian Studies. This research aim to evaluate an implementation of BIPA lessons in SMP Level (Lower Secondary level) using model of research CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). This research is also using qualitative approch. Respondent of this research are BIPA teachers, BIPA students, alumni, and parents. Instruments that were used. From the research is found that the implementation is aligned with the guidance with further recommendation is provided. / Pembelajaran BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing) diberikan kepada Warga Negara Asing (WNA) yang belajar di SMP XYZ dengan menggunakan izin belajar yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Seperti yang tertuang pada Permendikbud No. 31 Tahun 2014, siswa didik WNA wajib diajarkan Bahasa Indonesia dan Budaya Indonesia (Indonesian Studies). SMP XZY adalah sekolah SPK di mana ada siswa WNA yang berhak diajarkan Indonesian Studies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembelajaran BIPA di jenjang SMP XYZ dengan menggunakan model penelitian CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi evaluasi. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru BIPA, siswa WNA SMP XYZ, alumni, dan orang tua siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan instrumen non test yang berbentuk kuesioner terbuka, kuesioner ini diberikan kepada seluruh sampel melalui google form. Deskripsi kualitatif akan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengklasifikasi, mengintepretasi, dan menyimpulkan. Dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa adanya kesesuian pelaksanaan dengan pedoman dan rekomendasi perbaikan.
