Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh langsung mission dan pengaruh tidak langsungnya sebagai dimensi dari budaya perusahaan terhadap innovative performance dalam mendorong peningkatan organization performance pada PT. Bank SulutGo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan studi Pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 160 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan- karyawati PT. Bank SulutGo yang tersebar di Cabang Calaca, Cabang Kotamobagu, Cabang Ratahan dan Cabang Tondano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.2. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh langsung mission terhadap innovative performance. Mission berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap innovative performance setelah dimediasi oleh involvement dan consistency. Mission melalui adaptibility tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap innovative performance. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan innovative performance perlu ada keterlibatan dari seluruh stakeholder PT. Bank SulutGo dalam meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan / This study investigate direct impact of mission and indirect impact as dimensions of organization culture to innovative performance in push improvement organization performance at PT. Bank SulutGo . This study using primary and secondary data obtained from distribution questionnaire , interview and literature study. Questionnaire spread out to 160 respondents who were employees of PT. Bank SulutGo spread across the Calaca Branch, Kotamobagu Branch, Ratahan Branch and Tondano Branch. This study use quantitative method with analysis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.2. Findings show that There isn’t direct impact of mission against innovative performance. Mission affect in a significant way to innovative performance after mediated by involvement and consistency. Mission through adaptability has no affect towards innovative performance. This shows that to improve innovative performance, there needs to be involvement from all stakeholders of PT. Bank SulutGo in improving the Company's performance.
