Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan penganalissi pengaruh pada Social Media Marketing yang meliputi Entertainment, Customisation, Interaction, Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), dan Trendiness pada Customer Brand Engagement sebagai mediasi yang kemudian mempengaruhi Brand Loyalty pada Kopi Janji Jiwa di tiga kota metropolitan terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Jakarta, Surabaya, dan Bandung. Model penelitiana ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data yang diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 133 yang telah sesuai dengan syarat analisis dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Entertainment dan Interaction berpengaruh terhadap Customer Brand Engagement, dimana Entertainment merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Customer Brand Engagement. Kemudian ditemukan bahwa Customer Brand Engagement mempengaruhi Brand Loyalty Kopi Janji Jiwa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implikasi manajerial meliputi pengembangan pada konten – konten Instagram dan pemanfaatan fitur Instagram dalam berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dalam membangun Customer Brand Engagement yang dimana mendorong Brand Loyalty. Implikasi teoritis pada penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi variabel elemen Social Media Marketing yang mampu membentuk Customer Brand Engagement terhadap Brand Loyalty dan pengembangan model penelitian dan pendukung penelitian sebelumnya.
