Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepemimpinan organisasi (organizational leadership) sebagai variabel kontrol dapat memengaruhi hubungan antara variabel utama. Dengan fokus pada Rumah Sakit swasta XYZ, penelitian ini berupaya memberikan wawasan strategis bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui pengelolaan budaya organisasi yang efektif, kesesuaian individu-organisasi, dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf baik tenaga kesehatan maupun non tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit swasta XYZ selama periode Oktober hingga November 2024. Penelitian ini melibatkan 170 staf dengan latar belakang tenaga medis (dokter) sejumlah 58 orang, perawat 61 orang, tenaga kesehatan lain 36 orang, dan staf non medis sebanyak 15 orang. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah pendekatan purposive sampling atau yang dikenal juga dengan judgmental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner yang berisi 35 pertanyaan dengan Skala Likert 1-5.Data dianalisis dengan mengunakan metode SEM PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, growth organizational culture mempunyai pengaruh positif pada hospital performance, job satisfaction dan person organization fit. Serta, organizational leadership berpengaruh terhadap hospital performance. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi manajerial yang signifikan kepada manajemen rumah sakit untuk melakukan beberapa perbaikan yang bersifat countinous improvement khususnya berkaitan dengan aspek pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi / This study explores how organizational leadership as a control variable can influence the relationship between the main variables. With a focus on XYZ Private Hospital, this study seeks to provide strategic insights for management in improving performance through effective organizational culture management, person-organization fit, and increased employee job satisfaction. The population in this study is all staff both health workers and non-health workers who work at XYZ Private Hospital from October to November 2024. This study involved 170 staff with a background of 58 medical staff (doctors), 61 nurses, 36 other health workers, and 15 non-medical staff. The sample selection technique used in this study is a purposive sampling approach, also known as judgemental sampling.Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire containing 35 questions with a Likert Scale of 1-5.The data was analyzed using the SEM – PLS method. Based on the results of this study, Growth organizational culture positively influences hospital performance, job satisfaction, and person-organization fit. As well as, Organizational leadership affects hospital performance in hospitals. The findings of this study can provide significant managerial implications for hospital management to make several improvements that are continuous improvement, especially concerning aspects of human resource development and organizational culture
