An act constitutes an Unlawful Act if meets the elements of Unlawful Act consisting of negative acts, the Unlawful Act, a loss arising from the act, causal relationship between Unlawful Acts with intentional losses and intentional error or unaccidentally mistakes. The Civil Code in article 1365 of the Civil Code regulates the Unlawful Act explaining each person who commits an Unlawful Act that brings harm to another person, that person is obliged to compensate for the loss by himself. This thesis discusses two problem formulations namely regarding exact way of the plaintiff should done in proving elements of Unlawful Acts and the writer's opinion based on existing laws regarding legal considerations in the decision. This type of research is a normative legal research by also describing case number 02 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PN.Tng, the case tells the heirs of the first wife's children and second wife's heirs are the parties who are disputing the land object of inheritance dispute. It can be concluded that the Plaintiff could not provide evidence and the legal considerations in the decision were in accordance with the existing regulations. My advice is to be carefull to the elements of Acts Against the Law.
