Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of service quality, brand experience, social media marketing, positive word of mouth on reuse intention through customer satisfaction in capsule hotel Bobopod in Province DKI Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative with a total sample of 335 respondents using purposive sampling. This research was conducted by distributing online structured questionnaires using a google form. The questionnaire used a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, with 1 indicating "strongly disagree" and 5 indicating "strongly agree". The data analysis technique used to examine the hypothesis is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling). The research findings indicate that service quality, brand experience, and positive word of mouth, mediated by customer satisfaction, have a positive and significant effect on reuse intention. According to IPMA (Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis), customer satisfaction is the variable with the highest importance and performance. The results of this study will assist in developing reuse intention of capsule hotel Bobopod in Province DKI Jakarta that allow academics, organizational, and practitioners to formulate operational strategies that are honed to optimize customer satisfaction and reuse intention in hospitality industry. This study discusses to provide a better understanding of customer satisfaction and reuse intention. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari service quality, brand experience, social media marketing, positive word of mouth terhadap reuse intention yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction pada hotel kapsul Bobopod di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan total sampel 335 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan Google Form. Pertanyaan ini menggunakan skala Likert dengan rentang 1-5 dengan point 1 untuk sangat tidak setuju dan point 5 untuk sangat setuju. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa service quality, brand experience, positive word of mouth dengan mediasi customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reuse intention. Berdasarkan IPMA, customer satisfaction merupakan variabel yang memiliki importance dan performance yang paling tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu serta meningkatkan niat reuse intention pada hotel kapsul Bobopod di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang menjadikan akademisi, perusahaan dan praktisi agar dapat merumuskan berbagai strategi operasional yang dirancang untuk dapat mengoptimalkan customer satisfaction serta reuse intention dalam industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait atas customer satisfaction terhadap reuse intention.
