The principal plays a significant role in leading the school. Additionally, a principal holds the primary responsibility for determining the overall outcomes of education. The most important learning outcome, especially for Christian schools, is to educate students to become followers of Christ. However, most teachers, including Christian teachers, often focus solely on enhancing their teaching competence to prepare students with the skills needed for the future. The essence of Christian education, on the other hand, is to educate the whole person, which also includes instilling a Christian worldview. A Christian worldview is a perspective that influences a person's actions and behaviour according to their understanding and comprehension of the world. The purpose of this study is to explore more deeply the shepherd leadership of school principals in transforming teachers' understanding regarding Christian worldview in teaching and its relation to discipleship in Christ. This research employs a qualitative method and a case study approach, collecting data from a private Christian school in South Tangerang. The findings reveal how shepherd leadership is implemented in the school, the teachers' responses to the principal's shepherd leadership, and how teachers' worldviews are transformed through this leadership.
