Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh gabungan faktor lingkungan kerja dan perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di bank BUMN dengan menerapkan metode analisis kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu karyawan bank BUMN, sehingga memungkinkan penelitian ini menilai secara langsung bagaimana interaksi antar variabel tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan pemberdayaan merupakan variabel terpenting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain, variabel seperti kepemimpinan transformasional dan signifikansi tugas memiliki dampak yang lebih kecil dalam kasus ini. Namun meskipun kepemimpinan transformasional dan signifikansi tugas tidak begitu berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel ini tetap harus di pertimbangkan karena memiliki peran yang cukup penting. Sebagai manajer untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia guna mencapai hasil organisasi yang optimal. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang kombinasi kondisi yang dapat memicu atau menghambat kinerja organisasi, serta memberikan panduan praktis bagi manajer dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to examine the combined effect of work environment factors and leadership behavior on employee performance in state-owned banks by applying quantitative analysis methods. The sample used is employees of state- owned banks, allowing this study to directly assess how the interaction between these variables affects employee performance. The findings show that social support and empowerment are the most important variables in improving employee performance. On the other hand, variables such as transformational leadership and task significance have less impact in this case. But even though transformational leadership and task significance do not have much impact on employee performance, these variables should still be considered because they have quite an important role. As a manager to manage human resources to achieve optimal organizational results. The main contribution of this research is in expanding the understanding of the combination of conditions that can trigger or inhibit organizational performance, as well as providing practical guidance for managers in optimizing employee performance.
