Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh information quality, system quality, user experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap brand relationship quality pada pengguna Blibli di DKI Jakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 255 responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability purposive sampling dengan skala likert 1-5 yang akan dianalisa dengan metode PLS-SEM software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1). Information quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, 2). System quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, 3). User experience berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, 4). Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap brand relationship quality. Penelitian ini memberi pemahaman penting tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara konsumen dengan merek, sehingga dapat membantu merek dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen.
Kata kunci: Information quality, system quality, user experience, customer satisfaction, brand relationship quality. / This research aims to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality, user experience and customer satisfaction on brand relationship quality among Blibli users in the DKI Jakarta. The data were obtained from 255 respondents through non- probability purposive sampling technique using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, which will be analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Information quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, 2) System quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, 3) User experience has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, 4) Customer satisfaction has a positive influence on brand relationship quality. This study provides important insights into the factors influencing consumer-brand relationship, thereby helping the brand to build customer loyalty.
