Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi Program Personal Development dengan guru PAUD di Sekolah XYZ Labuan Bajo. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner terbuka yang diberikan kepada 8 guru PAUD di sekolah tersebut. Dalam evaluasi program, model CIPP digunakan untuk menilai: (1) Context: identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi guru, (2) Input: sumber daya yang tersedia dan perencanaan program, (3) Process: pelaksanaan program serta partisipasi guru, dan (4) Product: dampak dari program terhadap peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Personal Development memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri, motivasi, dan refleksi pribadi guru. Namun, untuk aspek profesional, program ini masih perlu dikembangkan dengan penerapan yang lebih berkelanjutan dan penguatan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya.
