Abstract
Penilaian portofolio merupakan bentuk penilaian berbasis kelas yang merupakan implementasi dari Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK). Penilaian ini merupakan penilaian yang mencoba menilai siswa secara holistik, baik itu dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Penilaian portofolio digunakan dalam kelas karena penilaian ini sangat menghargai siswa sebagai subyek pembelajaran yang unik yang diciptakan oleh Allah yang memiliki bakat dan talenta yang unik yang harus difasilitasi dengan baik. Penilaian ini sangat menekankan proses dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh siswa secara pribadi, sehingga siswa dapat belajar dari proses dan evaluasi tersebut untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi tiap waktunya. Penilaian portofolio ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa karena motivasi merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan penerapan penilaian portofolio; menjelaskan hubungan penilaian portofolio dengan motivasi dan kapabilitas penilaian portofolio untuk meningkatkan motivasi; memaparkan kelebihan dan kekurangan penilaian portofolio; dan bagaimana pandangan kekristenan terhadap penerapan penilaian portofolio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan tiga siklus penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi, angket, jurnal refleksi, hasil belajar siswa, feedback siswa, feedback guru, dan foto. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 16 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan penilaian portofolio dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Beberapa indikator yang mampu siswa tunjukkan adalah siswa bertanggung jawab, antusias, punya inisiatif, mampu menjawab dan memberikan pertanyaan dengan baik, aktif, kreatif, dan memiliki keingintahuan yang tinggi.

Portfolio assessment is a form of classroom-based assessment is the implementation of Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK). This assessment is the assessment of students who tried to assess holistically, be it in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Portfolio assessment used in the classroom because of this assessment would appreciate learning of students as a unique subject created by God who has the talent and the unique talents that should be facilitated with the best. This assessment is much emphasize on process conducted by students it self, so that students can learn from the evaluation process and to become better each time. Portfolio assessment is used to enhance students' motivation because motivation is an important factor that determines the success of learning. Some of the objectives to be achieved in this research are presented application portfolio assessment; describes the relationship portfolio assessment with the motivation and capability assessment of the portfolio to increase motivation; presents advantages and disadvantages of portfolio assessment, and how Christianity views regarding the application of portfolio assessment. Research methods used are classroom action research using three cycles of research. The data was collected by observation, questionnaires, reflection journals, student learning outcomes, student feedback, teacher feedback, and photos. This research was conducted at the X class students totaling 16 people. From the results of research in the portfolio assessment can increase student motivation in learning. Several indicators show that students are capable students responsible, enthusiastic, have initiative, be able to answer questions and give a good answer, active, creative, and have a high curiosity.
