Abstract
Manajemen kelas merupakan kunci terciptanya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Tanpa adanya suatu manajemen yang efektif, kelas akan mengalami kekacauan dan kehilangan kesempatan untuk melangsungkan pembelajaran aktif, partisipatif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Keefektifan manajemen kelas dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan peraturan dan prosedur. Penerapannya disertai dengan konsekuensi sehingga siswa tidak menyepelekan peraturan dan prosedur yang berlaku, tetapi bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakannya dengan baik. Penelitian terhadap penerapan ini dilakukan dengan meteode PTK. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran. Subjek penelitiannya adalah 40 siswa kelas VII di sebuah sekolah Kristen di Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peraturan dan prosedur berhasil meningkatkan manajemen kelas. Hal ini terbukti dengan tercapainya indikator manajemen kelas yang baik misalnya terciptanya kelas kondusif.

Classroom management is a key to create an effective and efficient learning. Without classroom management effectiveness, a classroom will experience many disorders and loss an opportunity to hold an active and participative learning, and appropriate to students needs. Effectiveness of classroom management can be approached with rules and procedures applying. There are should some consequences to make sure that students don’t consider insignificant to that rules and procedures, but they can do it well answerably. The research of rules and procedures applying was done with CAR method. Realization was done in two learning cycles. Subjects of the research are 40 students of class VII in a Christian school in Tangerang. The result of research shows the rules and procedures applying success to increase classroom management. This is proved by attainment of the good classroom management indicators, like established an effective classroom.
