Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti ingin menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Fisik, Price fairness, dan Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada 3 Restoran Tradisional Sunda di Tangerang. Restoran tradisional Sunda sendiri merupakan salah satu restoran yang memiliki ciri khasnya sendiri, peneliti menggunakan Restoran dengan ciri khas Sunda yang berada di Tangerang. Dengan melihatnya aplikasi review seperti Google Maps dan Pergikuliner. Restoran-restoran sunda yang memiliki penilaian pelanggan yang buruk, peneliti tergerak untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menyebabkan berkurangnya Kepuasan Pelanggan dan jumlah review yang kurang pada Restoran tradisional Sunda. Peneliti akan menganalisis dari Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Lingkungan Fisik, Price fairness, dan Citra Merek dari Restoran tradisional Sunda. Apakah yang menjadi penyebab ulasan buruk terhadap Restoran tradisional Sunda tersebut dikarenakan oleh Lingkungan Fisik, Price fairness, dan Citra Merek yang buruk? Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner yang akan dibagikan kepada 169 pelanggan yang sudah pernah berkunjung dan makan pada Restoran tradisional Sunda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Fisik, Price fairness, dan Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kesimpulan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi bisnis pada Restoran tradisional Sunda dalam menghadapi persaingan di industri Restoran yang memiliki ciri khas daerah.

This study was conducted because the researcher aims to analyse the influence of Physical Environment, Price fairness, and Brand Image on Guest Satisfaction at 3 Traditional Restaurants in Tangerang. Traditional restaurants are characterized by their traditonally unique features, and the researcher focuses on a Sundanese restaurant located in Tangerang. By examining review applications such as Google Maps and PergiKuliner, the researcher was motivated to investigate the factors leading to low Guest Satisfaction and the lack of reviews for these Sundanese restaurants. The researcher will analyze Guest Satisfaction in relation to Physical Environment, Price fairness, and Brand Image of the Restaurant Authentic. The study seeks to determine whether the negative reviews of the Restaurant Authentic are caused by poor Physical Environment, Price fairness, and Brand Image. This research will employ a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 169 customers who have visited and dined at the Restaurant Authentic. The results indicate that Physical Environment, Price fairness, and Brand Image have a positive influence on Guest Satisfaction. This conclusion is expected to contribute to the development of business strategies for Restaurant Authentic in facing competition in the regional culinary industry.
