Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ulasan daring, kualitas pelayanan, dan kebersihan terhadap niat konsumen untuk mengunjungi restoran legendaris di kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan pengunjung restoran legendaris, serta analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan daring memiliki dampak signifikan dalam mempengaruhi niat kunjungan konsumen, sementara kualitas pelayanan dan kebersihan juga berkontribusi terhadap niat mereka. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya mengelola reputasi daring serta standar kebersihan yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan daya tarik restoran legendaris, dengan harapan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemilik restoran dalam meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah model konseptual yang menggunakan variabel pengaruh ulasan daring, kualitas pelayanan, dan kebersihan terhadap variabel niat berkunjung pada industri restoran khususnya restoran legendaris.

This research aims to analyze the impact of online reviews, service quality, and cleanliness on consumer intentions to visit legendary restaurants in the Old Town area of Jakarta. The research methodology employed includes observation and interviews with visitors to legendary restaurants, as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The findings reveal that online reviews significantly affect consumers' intention to visit, while service quality and cleanliness also contribute to their intention. This study highlights the importance of managing online reputation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness to enhance the appeal of legendary restaurants, with the hope of providing recommendations for restaurant owners to improve consumer experience. The Novelty in this research is the creation of the new conceptual model by combining the influence of online review, service qualities and cleanliness on intentions to visit restaurant especially legendary restaurants.
