Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa dampak digital marketing, E-WOM, dan
kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Matahari Dept Store.
Pada zaman digital sekarang, taktik pemasaran yang berhasil serta citra positif
memiliki dampak besar terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode survei dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang
diberikan kepada 272 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan
menggunakan regresi berganda dalam analisis data. Dari penelitian tersebut
disimpulkan bahwa digital marketing dan E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas layanan juga memiliki
kontribusi yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen
Matahari Dept Store untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan kualitas layanan
guna mendorong keputusan pembelian yang lebih baik. Arti penting dari studi ini
juga bisa digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi pengecer lain dalam menggunakan
pemasaran digital dan E-WOM untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan.
