Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas tujuh dengan menggunakan pendekatan cara belajar siswa aktif yang terintegrasi dengan pandangan kekristenan di SMP X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua kali siklus terhadap 30 siswa kelas tujuh. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi nilai hasil belajar siswa, observasi, refleksi, dokumentasi, dan hasil wawancara. Pada siklus pertama hasil belajar rata-rata siswa adalah 68.5 artinya 3.5 poin diatas kriteria kelulusan minimum (KKM) dengan persentase daya serap sebesar 68.5%. Pada siklus kedua hasil belajar rata-rata siswa adalah 86.17 atau 21.17 poin diatas KKM dengan presentase daya serap 86.17%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan cara belajar siswa aktif yang terintegrasi dengan pandangan kekristenan dalam penerapannya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. / The purpose of this research is to improve the learning achievement of seventh grade students with student active learning approach in the junior school “X”. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles with subject 30 grade seven students. Research instruments used in this study include the student result of learning, observation, reflection, documentation, and interviews. The first cycle of learning outcomes of students’ average is 68.5. It means 3.5 points above the passing grade of the minimum criteria and the percentage of absorption is 68.5%. In the second cycle of learning outcomes of student average are 86.17, or 21.17 points above the minimum passing criteria with the percentage 86.17% absorption. The results of this study showed the student active learning approach in its implementation can improve students' learning achievement.
