Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kinerja organisasi di salah satu rumah sakit swasta ternama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online, desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, dan analisis PLS-SEM menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan purposive sampling dari 164 perawat dan 164 pasien di Rumah Sakit XYZ di Tangerang, Jakarta, pada akhir tahun 2024. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan, siaran pers, dan presentasi kuartalan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan secara positif memengaruhi dimensi keuangan serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan melalui mediasi. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan dan beban kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung maupun mediasi yang signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan atau kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan layanan kesehatan, yang dapat membantu rumah sakit di Indonesia dan negara berkembang lainnya. / This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles, workload, organizational culture, and service quality on organizational performance in one of Indonesia's leading private hospitals. The research employs an online questionnaire, a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach, and PLS-SEM analysis using the SmartPLS software. Data was collected through purposive sampling from 164 nurses and 164 patients at XYZ Hospital in Tangerang, Jakarta, at the end of 2024. Secondary data was obtained from financial reports, press releases, and the company's quarterly presentations. The results indicate that organizational culture plays a significant role in enhancing service quality and positively influences the financial and learning and growth dimensions through mediation. Conversely, leadership styles and workload did not show any significant direct or mediated effects on service quality or organizational performance. This study provides insights for improving healthcare performance and services, which can benefit hospitals in Indonesia and other developing countries.
