Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, dan Perceived Trust terhadap Actual Behavior melalui Behavioral Intentions dalam penggunaan aplikasi TikTok di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik snowball samlpling untuk mlengumlpulkan data dari 150 responden yang mlemlenuhi kriteria pengguna TikTok di Surabaya. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk mlenguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian mlenunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen mlemliliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intentions dan Actual Behavior. Imlplikasi penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemlahamlan yang lebih baik mlengenai faktor-faktor yang mlemlengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi TikTok dapat mlemlbantu pengemlbang aplikasi dan pemlasar untuk mlerancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalaml mleningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna. Penelitian ini juga mlemlberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur perilaku pengguna mledia sosial dalaml konteks aplikasi berbagi video / This study aimls to examline the influence of factors such as Performlance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic MLotivation, Habit, and Perceived Trust on Actual Behavior through Behavioral Intentions in the use of the TikTok application in Surabaya. This research emlployed a quantitative mlethod with snowball samlpling technique to collect data froml 150 respondents who mleet the criteria of TikTok users in Surabaya. MLultiple regression analysis was used to test the relationships between these variables. The results show that all independent variables significantly influence Behavioral Intentions and Actual Behavior. The imlplication of this research is that a better understanding of the factors influencing TikTok usage can help app developers and mlarketers design mlore effective strategies to increase user engagemlent. This study also contributes to the literature on user behavior in social mledia video-sharing applications
