Abstract
Pembelajaran di kelas merupakan hal yang sangat dinamis dan multi faktor. Banyak pengajar yang memiliki penguasaan yang baik tetapi gagal mencapai target yang diharapkan karena tidak memerhatikan masalah waktu. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah manajemen waktu yang baik dalam dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi efektif. Penulis juga meneliti dampak penggunaan metode ceramah pada model pembelajaran klasikal yang telah dioptimalkan dalam membantu siswa memahami topik mata pelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa baik manajemen waktu maupun metode ceramah mampu meningkatkan keefektifan waktu belajar. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui indikator pencapaian nilai siswa yang meningkat dan feedback guru mentor yang secara kualitatif semakin baik. Analisis dari fenomena ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah yang berhubungan dengan gagalnya manajemen waktu, misalnya siswa mengalami ketertinggalan belajar tidak harus diatasi dengan menambah jam pelajaran. Guru bisa melakukan penyesuaian dan optimalisasi pengaturan waktu maupun menggunakan metode yang tepat dalam menyampaikan materi.

Learning in class is very dynamic and multi-factors. Many teachers who have a good mastery in content but failed to reach expectations because of not paying attention in time management. The purpose of this paper is to determine whether the good time management can improve the effectiveness of learning. Authors also examine the impact of using lecture methods in classical learning model that has been optimized to help students understand the topic subjects. From the research, the results can be concluded that both the time management and lecture model are able to improve the effectiveness of learning. It can be seen through indicators such as the increasing of student achievement and mentor teacher feedback which qualitatively better than before. Analysis of this phenomenon is to overcome the problems associated with the failure of time management, for example, retardation of student's learning progress, not necessarily to be solved by adding more lessons. Teachers can make adjustments and optimize the timing and proper method on delivering course material.
