Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan penerapan prosedur kelas dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran ekonomi serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan prosedur kelas terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Desain penelitian merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif naratif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII dengan jumlah 22 orang siswa pada salah satu SMP swasta di Ambarawa. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, jurnal refleksi, dan dokumentasi berupa lesson plan, feedback guru mentor, feedback teacher educator, dan lampiran pendukung berupa hasil karya dari siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Prosedur kelas dapat diterapkan dalam pelajaran ekonomi. Penerapan prosedur juga dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Penerapan prosedur ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penjelasan kepada siswa mengenai kekonsistenan, penjelasan kembali mengenai prosedur kelas, dan pemberian konsekuensi logis kepada siswa. / This study aimed to describe the process of implementing procedures to improve discipline in class VIII class student on economic subjects and to investigate the effect of the proposed procedure can improve classroom discipline students. The design of a Class Action Research (CAR) using two cycle. The data analyzed by descriptive narrative. The subjects were students of class VIII with the number of 22 students at one private school in Ambarawa. The research instruments used are observation, reflection journals, and documentation of lesson plan, mentor feedback, teacher feedback educator, and supporting attachments in the form of the original work of students. The results showed that the application classroom procedures can be to applied in a class of economic lessons. Application classroom procedures can also improve the discipline of the eighth grade students on the subjects of Economics. Application of this classroom procedures is done by explaining to students about the consistency, the explanation back on classroom procedures, and providing a logical consequence to the student.
