Abstract
Pembelajaran yang efektif tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik jika terdapat elemen di kelas yang tidak melaksanakan peran dan fungsi dengan benar. Akibatnya, tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai. Diperlukan suatu tindak lanjut untuk menanggapi hal tersebut. Salah satu tindak lanjutnya adalah dengan menerapkan prosedur kelas. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, rencana pengajaran, refleksi, dan umpan balik dari teacher mentor. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat ditemukan bahwa prosedur kelas dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar berguna untuk meningkatkan keefektifan belajar. Prosedur kelas juga berfungsi untuk mengatur kegiatan di kelas agar berjalan serta terstruktur dengan baik. Hal itu perlu didukung oleh peran serta guru dan siswa dalam pelaksanaanya.

Effective learning will not be accomplished well if there is an element in the class who does not play his role and function well. Consequently, the learning objectives will not be achieved. A follow up action is needed to deal with such matter. The aims to improve the learning effectivity. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data is collected through observation, lesson plan, reflection, and mentor’s feedback. The data will then be processed. The data is analyzed descriptively. From the result of research, it can be conduded that using classroom procedure in teaching and learning activity can improve learning effectivity. The classroom procedure can also organize the activities, so that they can run well. It also needs to be supported by the role of teachers and students in its implementation.
