Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum inti Teknik Industri 2019 oleh BKSTI, mengakibatkan adanya mata kuliah baru pada program studi teknik industri UPH yaitu Praktikum Terintegrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul praktikum terintegrasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa program studi Teknik Industri UPH. Data yang digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan modul adalah RPS Praktikum Terintegrasi BKSTI, hasil diskusi dengan dosen Teknik Industri UPH, dan pembelajaran konsep praktikum terintegrasi dari Institut Teknologi Bandung dan Universitas Trisakti. Modul yang sudah dikembangkan diuji oleh sekelompok mahasiswa Teknik Industri UPH untuk diperbaiki dan dilengkapi. Dari hasil penelitian maka telah dibuat modul praktikum terintegrasi dengan produk yang diproduksi dalam praktikum adalah mainan forklift kayu. Modul yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 8 modul untuk praktikum terintegrasi yaitu, modul 1 (perencanaan proses), modul 2 (analisis metode kerja), modul 3 (evaluasi ergonomi berdasarkan antropometri dan biomekanika), modul 4 (proses produksi), modul 5 (standarisasi kerja), modul 6 (peramalan dan permintaan pasar), modul 7 (perencanaan sistem produksi dan perakitan), dan modul 8 (perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi). Hasil uji menyatakan dibutuhkannya instruksi dosen untuk melengkapi modul praktikum dan secara umum perbaikan yang telah dilakukan terhadap modul praktikum terintegrasi adalah mengatur ketersediaan alat praktikum, melakukan pembagian tugas yang seimbang untuk setiap kelompok, serta penyesuaian waktu praktikum./ Changes to the Industrial Engineering core curriculum by BKSTI in 2019, resulted in a new course in UPH's Industrial Engineering study program, Integrated Practicum. The purpose of this study is to develop integrated practicum modules that are tailored to the needs of UPH Industrial Engineering students. The data used as the basis for making the modules are the BKSTI Integrated Practicum’s RPSS, the results of discussions with UPH Industrial Engineering lecturers, and the integrated practicum concept learning from the Bandung Institute of Technology and Trisakti University. The modules that have been developed are tested by a group of UPH Industrial Engineering students to be repaired and completed. The research resulted in an integrated practicum module. The product that is going to be produced in the practicum is wooden forklift toy. The developed module consists of 8 modules for integrated practicum namely: module 1 (process planning), module 2 (work method analysis), module 3 (ergonomics evaluation based on anthropometry and biomechanics), module 4 (production process), module 5 (work standardization), module 6 (forecasting and market demand), module 7 (production and assembly system planning), and module 8 (production planning and control). The test results state the need for lecturer instructions to complete the practicum module and in general the improvements that have been made to the integrated practicum module are regulating the availability of practicum tools, doing a balanced distribution of tasks for each group, and adjusting the practicum time.
