Abstract
Masalah penyimpangan perilaku di sekolah menjadi masalah yang cukup penting untuk diselesaikan. Salah satu masalah tersebut adalah kurangnya respect siswa terhadap guru. Pembentukkan perilaku siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat sekitar. Maka melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan penerapan sistem prosedur dan konsekuensi. Tujuannya adalah agar siswa dapat belajar respect terhadap guru di kelas. Selain itu tindakan ini diharapkan pula akan memberikan efek tersendiri bagi siswa untuk mengerti kebenaran dan tanggung jawab. Untuk melihat perubahan sikap siswa, maka dilakukan suatu pengamatan yang dituliskan dalam bentuk jurnal refleksi dan feedback mentor. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan prosedur dan konsekuensi yang disertai dengan pendekatan personal dapat meningkatkan respect siswa terhadap guru di kelas.

Aberations of behavior problems in school becomes a fairly important issue to be resolved. One such problem is the lack of respect students against teachers. Actually, the behavior building of the student are influenced by family environment, school, and society around them. Conducting Classroom Action Research (CAR), the writer tried to apply procedure and consequences of the system. The aim is that students can learn respect for teachers in the classroom. This action also expected to provide separate effects for students to understand the truth and responsibility. To see the changes in student attitudes, then made an observation which is written in the form of journal reflections and feedback mentors. Based on the research can be concluded that the application procedures and the consequences are accompanied by a personal approach can improve student’s be more respectful to their teachers in the classroom.
